The qualified candidate will assist with a broad range ofadministrative and operational functions, provide support to administrative personnel andPartners, and help implement firm processes and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administrative and operational functions at multiple Firm locations in Florida from our Tallahassee officeSupport financial processes including budgeting, billing, payroll, and expense managementAssist with human resources activities such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance managementHandle delegated facilities management functions, including coordination of office maintenance, repairs, and renovations; liaise with building management and vendors; ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standardsAssist partners with strategic planning and implementation of firm initiativesHelp develop and maintain office policies and proceduresCoordinate logistics for special functions and office eventsSupport procurement of supplies, equipment and other purchasesPerform general administrative duties as assigned by Firm AdministratorQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in office administration, operations, or administrative leadership (law firm or other professional office experience strongly preferred)Strong numbers sense and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in office management software (Tabs3 billing software experience preferred)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionBenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceEmployer-paid health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance (100% coverage for employees)Paid time off and holidaysRetirement plan with employer matchingParental LeaveAdditional details will be provided during the interview process
