The Belridge Maintenance team is seeking to fill a Pipeline Operations Supervisor position. This position will report to Taft, CA. The Pipeline Operations Supervisor leads safe, compliant, and reliable day-to-day operations of the Taft Area Pipeline System. This role ensures adherence to DOT 49 CFR Part 195, environmental regulations, and company standards while driving asset reliability, workforce accountability, and cost-effective maintenance execution. The Supervisor must maintain on-call availability. The base annual salary for this posted position is expected to range from $97K - $149K, with a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Actual salary will be determined based on individual pay factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, Paid Holidays, FSA, HSA. Responsibilities: Lead daily pipeline and facility operations for crude movements. Coordinate shipments with pipeline controllers and carriers. Ensure accurate delivery execution and investigate gain/loss discrepancies. Maintain regulatory and environmental compliance documentation. Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes and incident investigations. Promote safety culture; review/approve JSAs, LOTO, confined space, excavation, and hot work permits. Oversee preventive maintenance planning and execution. Supervise workforce scheduling, overtime management, and required training compliance. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license. Minimum 10 years of oil and gas pipeline operations experience, specifically within the Taft Area Pipeline system. Demonstrated experience with DOT 49 CFR Part 195 compliance, environmental documentation, and emergency response leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher. 3+ years of supervisory experience.
