Chief Information Security Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Key Responsibilities Define and execute the security strategy, architecting internal security posture across infrastructure, data, and AI systems Build security features into AI agent systems, ensuring they operate within defined boundaries and audit their actions Lead incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing, while serving as the public face of AI security Required Qualifications Experience as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security in a high-growth tech company, ideally with AI systems Hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems, including LLM architectures and model training pipelines Experience with cloud-native security programs across AWS, GCP, or Azure, including zero-trust frameworks Deep understanding of threat modeling and red teaming, with experience in AI-specific attack vectors Proven track record of building or contributing to security products that are used by customers
