What You’ll Do: Deliver engaging virtual sessions rooted in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity and behavior change science Build authentic client relationships that lead to lasting, long-term transformation Coach across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress and integrate them into your client’s mindset Translate clinical expertise into real-life breakthroughs for clients’ energy, metabolism, and well-being Manage your flexible schedule and session goals in a fast-paced, supportive remote environment Maintain timely, accurate documentation with HIPAA-compliant standards Collaborate with a passionate team that’s committed to your success and ongoing development Requirements Who You Are: A Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing a plus) ( if you are sitting your your CDR Exam, offer will be honored until you obtain your credentials ) Experienced or internship-trained, with a passion for client-centered, transformative care Skilled in (or eager to master) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach and lifestyle coaching A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a virtual setting and values deep connection with their clients and teammates.
