The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and material handling. Key responsibilities include managing a team of staff, coordinating workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing the use of resources and equipment such as forklifts. The role requires hands-on participation, fostering a collaborative team environment while ensuring efficient operations.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills with experience in team management and operational oversightProficiency in shipping, receiving, and logistics processesKnowledge of material handling and inventory control proceduresExperience with forklift operation and warehouse equipmentStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical environmentUnderstanding of workplace safety standards and OSHA complianceHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations or logistics management are a plusPrevious experience in the automotive or distribution industry is an advantage
