Lead Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities Include: Working a 50+ hour work week, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Engaging with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to boost public relations Communicating with suppliers to ensure quality deliveries and upkeep of equipment Maintaining staffing levels in accordance with company policy and labor laws Supervising staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency Providing on-the-job training using company resources Implementing financial controls to ensure accountability of company funds Resolving customer complaints effectively to uphold satisfaction Conducting performance evaluations to recognize and develop team members Preparing sales and expense projections to meet profit targets Making informed decisions regarding employee relations and personnel actions Maintaining all internal records as per regulations and company policy Training Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees for their professional growth Ensuring a safe working environment for all Performing other duties as assigned If this opportunity excites you, and you want to contribute to a team that values growth and excellence, please submit your resume today!
