Audit billing systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and client contracts. Identify and document billing variances, collaborating with team members to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain clear records of audits, corrections, and validations for compliance and continuous improvement. Support system updates and new product launches by testing and validating billing processes. Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for client billing questions or concerns, providing timely and professional responses. Assist with monthly close activities and internal/external audits. Ensure customer billing records are updated. Prepare reports related to billing discrepancies and solutions.
