Licensed Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Sumter, South Carolina

A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in a school-based setting in Sumter, SC. This contract role involves working across elementary, middle, and high school environments to positively impact student behavior and learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs. Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support behavioral goals. Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, maintaining thorough documentation. Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participate in meetings as needed to ensure alignment of services. Qualifications: Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments is preferred.
