We're looking for individuals who want more than just a job - those looking to build a long-term career with substantial financial potential.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed dealership sales goals and performance targetsComplete all sales paperwork accurately and in accordance with dealership policies and proceduresUtilize dealership CRM and sales follow-up systems effectivelyParticipate in required product knowledge and sales training sessionsAttend all sales meetings as scheduledConduct business in a professional, ethical, and enthusiastic mannerGreet customers promptly in the showroom or on the lot and provide assistance as neededConduct vehicle demonstrations and offer test drives following dealership procedures, including proper customer identification verificationClearly present vehicle features, benefits, and available optional equipmentMaintain consistent follow-up with all prospects and customers to build relationships and close salesCommunicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance resultsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior automotive sales experience preferred but necessary Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsProven ability to close sales and meet performance goalsMust be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicValid driver's license with a clean driving record
