A supportive and inclusive work environment What You'll Do: Keeping Safety and Quality the #1 Priority in all that you do Machine or Assemble products for the top names in the turf market and beyond Master high-tech machines and assembly processes Inspect products with precision tools so they meet Hydro-Gear's high-quality standards Perform routine care (cleaning, checks) to keep machines running smoothly Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and celebrate those wins together! What It Takes: Hands-on experience in assembly or machine operation Mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail Adaptable - our investment in new technology means you'll always have the right tools to do your best work Team-first mindset with strong communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents Comfortable learning basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
