Job DescriptionOur client company is excited to add Industrial Painters to its team. As an Industrial Painter, you will apply industrial-grade paint to sandblasted steel beams and other components related to large, custom-engineered lifting machines used in marine and industrial applications and shipped worldwide. Job Responsibilities Clean and prepare surfaces by removing dirt, rust, grease, and old paint using tools such as scrapers, sanders, and power washers Apply protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns Mix and match paint colors and coatings to achieve specified color or texture requirements Dispose of unused paint and materials according to safety regulations and guidelines Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Qualifications Previous industrial painting experience using conventional or airless systems preferred Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to wear full-body protective garments and be fitted for and wear a respirator Ability to lift up to 50 pounds ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
