Shipping Coordinator/Warehouse Assembler - Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00149 Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Shift: 6:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday The Shipping & Warehouse Assembler is responsible for staging, packing, and shipping parts, coordinating freight pickups, and maintaining inventory. This role involves operating a tow motor and overhead crane, working with freight carriers, and supporting assembly operations as needed. Strong communication and mechanical skills are important for working with shop and engineering teams. Responsibilities: Stage, pack, and prepare parts for shipment Coordinate freight pickups based on sales orders Stock and maintain inventory and warehouse areas Operate tow motor and overhead crane Support assembly activities as needed Maintain tools and follow safety procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of fabrication, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow drawings or work instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
