Job Title: DishwasherReports to: Executive ChefDepartment: KitchenLocation: The Bungalow (222 81st St, Stone Harbor, NJ 08247)Responsibilities:Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand.Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.Clean garbage cans.Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.Sweep and scrub floors.Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.Maintain trash room area, keep it in a clean and orderly condition.Perform routine cleaning of kitchen space including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, moving dirty pots and pans and stocking clean equipment.Skills and Requirements:Must be able to lift 25 lbs.Must stand for long periods of timeMust be able to constantly go up and down stairs throughout the dayBending and lifting requiredCompensation:Fair wagesEmployee meals - complimentary cafeteriaEnergetic, multi-faceted, family team-oriented atmosphere
