HR & Safety Coordinator, 2nd Shift

This position is for our 2nd shift (11:00AM-7:30PM, Monday-Friday).This role is 100% onsite in Stockton, CA.The HR & Safety Coordinator will be on-site at one of our Stockton manufacturing facilities. This person will support daily HR operations, help foster a safe and respectful workplace, and assist in creating a positive and productive culture across the facility.What You'll Do:Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, benefits, and/or HR proceduresSupport new-hire training and onboardingPartner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keepingReview and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracyTrack and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documentsComplete and file incident reports and employee safety statementsSupport and track training for workplace safety programsPartner with facility leadership to reinforce a culture of safetyEnsure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirementsLead or assist with special HR projects and initiatives to support the facility and company-wide objectives.Other duties as assigned and necessaryWhat You'll Need:2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable being present and engaged on the production floorBilingual English/Spanish preferredHealthy, Diverse Teams Breed Innovation:Kevin's Natural Foods is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
