Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience providing restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy in a hospital or skilled nursing setting preferred.Experience with interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration and developing participant care plans preferred.Ability to perform home-based therapy visits and center-based therapy as part of the role preferred.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience treating adult or geriatric populations preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1600, 5x8 schedule.Scheduled Hours Per Week: 40.Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. For outdoor options, the Delta Mountains Regional Park and the nearby Cosumnes River Preserve are within a 30–60 minute drive, offering trails and birdwatching. Commuting to Sacramento is feasible, with downtown Sacramento approximately 30–45 miles north via I-5 for urban amenities, cultural events, and Sacramento International Airport access.
