Job Description As the Automotive Service Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play an essential role in setting and maintaining high standards of service excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated team, coach service personnel, and ensure efficient execution of store processes and procedures. Primary Responsibilities Collaborating with the Store Manager to assist in the recruitment process. Supervising technicians and service personnel, planning their duties, and ensuring tasks are completed effectively. Coaching team members on operational procedures and service quality standards. Engaging with customers regarding sales, service inquiries, and adjustments. Evaluating the performance and productivity of the service department team. Managing parts inventory and outside purchases while adhering to company standards. Upholding rigorous safety protocols, including the use and maintenance of safety equipment. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and effective shop area layout. Conducting proper inspections consistently to maintain service quality. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: Outstanding leadership and management skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The capability to build professional relationships with customers and team members. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Manager role. A proven track record of exceeding business goals. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
