Perm - Physician - Family Medicine Opportunity in Stillwater, NY Location: Stillwater, New York Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Number of Positions: 1 Specialty: Family Medicine Provider Type: Physician (MD/DO) Board Status: Board Eligible Certifications Required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)BLS (Basic Life Support)DEA Controlled Substance Registration CertificateBoard Certification (or Board Eligible) Estimated Start Date: March 30, 2026 (or upon credentialing) Schedule Details: Monday - FridayFlexible 4 or 5-day work weekNo weekend clinic hoursPhone call coverage once every 70 days (RN triage takes first call)Telemedicine coverage for 2-3 hours on weekends once every 3 months Practice Highlights: Outpatient-only primary care practiceProvide comprehensive care for all ages: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatricsManage chronic illnesses, acute care, and injuriesPerform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselingCollaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)Supported by a hospital-affiliated system and physician-led governanceOptional teaching opportunities with first-year medical students and NP/PA studentsOpportunities for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles Ideal Candidate: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family MedicineHolds current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certificationsInterested in a long-term commitment to the practiceComfortable with a flexible schedule and light call rotationCommitted to providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population Licensure: Active New York State medical license required.
