Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field. Certification: ASCP certification as MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP). Prior experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex testing procedures.
