Offers a wide range of services including general, cosmetic, implants, restorative dentistry, and sleep apnea treatments. No in-house sedation or lab work; collaborates with preferred external labs. Fully staffed with hygienists and support team. Treats patients of all ages; specialized cases referred out. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Uses Dentrix Acend software . Ideal for newer dentists; current doctors are keen to mentor. Compensation Overview300K Potential Tiered compensation based on collections, starting at 32% to 36% depending on experience. Daily minimum guarantee during onboarding. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K , Malpractice liability, annual association dues, online Spears education , and license fee coverage. Signing bonus including relocation assistance of $20,000. PTO of 16 days. 6 national holidays off. Student Loan Repayment if Needed.
