Arthritis & Sports, one of Northern Virginias largest providers of expert orthopaedic and therapeutic care, is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We provide our therapists with flexible scheduling options - with patients scheduled from 7am to 6pm, we have schedules that work for morning people, night owls, and everyone inbetween!New graduates are welcome to apply!Our team of PTs, OTs, and PTAs provides rehabilitative care for patients recovering from a wide variety of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. We work as a dynamic team to ensure our patients receive the best care possible in a positive environment.What Were Looking For: Strong clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach to care.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary orthopedic environment.Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions preferred.Commitment to evidence-based care, continuous learning, and professional development.Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and dedication to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.What Youll Do:Work within a patient-focused schedule structure featuring 1-on-1 care with patients scheduled every 30 minutes, no double-booking, and dedicated Physical Therapy Technicians to assist with patient flow and supportEvaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries and conditions across all major joints and body regionsDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction, mobility restoration, strength building, and return to functionUtilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, and functional movement techniques in patient careCollaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless continuity of care and exceptional patient outcomesEducate patients on recovery, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategiesDocument evaluations, treatment progress, and patient outcomes accurately and efficiently within EMR systemsThis full-time position consists of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (no weekends).If you are interested in joining our team, please reach out via email or apply online at
