The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! Essential Functions: Meet and exceed revenue productivity. Participate in hiring, interviewing and/or assumes sole responsibility, per Director's choice. Responsible for training new staff and coaching supervisees on both clinical and career path goals as well as teach and support staff on program services, program purpose and theory of change to achieve positive outcomes. Understand, follow, and adhere to all timelines regarding documentation completion, execute all case notes, treatment plans and authorization on time; is strength based and trauma informed in practice. Ensure compliance with regulations of code agencies, payers, applicable laws, and accreditation standards. Collaborate with clients to complete assessments and treatment plans. Maintain a reduced caseload at 50% productivity (20 hours/week). Collaborate with Sterling Outpatient team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole person care and services to clients receiving services. Provide support coverage to other Sterling Outpatient clients/sites as needed. Complete all required EHR documentation in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory bodies/funders. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics. Familiarity with Emergency Procedures. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates, bachelor's or master's degree in a social service field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in substance use setting at LSSI required. CADC is required unless LSW or LCSW. LPC/LCPS or LSW/LCSW preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review required. Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required. Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative community partnerships required. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written. Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software. Annual TB test required. Background check clearance required. Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required. Access to reliable transportation required. Valid Illinois statutory liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
