Process Coach

Supervise and coordinate facilities operations including:Building systems (HVAC, compressed air, steam, water, chilled water)Electrical distribution (low and medium voltage)Plant utilities, lighting, roofing, and structural systemsEnsure continuous availability and reliability of plant infrastructure to support production schedulesMonitor facility performance metrics and respond to downtime, alarms, or system failuresCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities assetsPartner with maintenance, controls, and reliability teams to improve asset uptimeSupport capital projects, facility upgrades, and equipment installationsTrack work orders, backlog, and maintenance KPIs using Ford CMMS systemsContinuous Improvement & Cost ControlDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving (8D, 5-Why), and Six Sigma toolsIdentify cost-reduction and energy-efficiency opportunitiesSupport plant shutdown planning, facility readiness, and restart activitiesCollaborate with engineering on layout changes and plant modifications$35/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
