DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Ensures product is properly received to specific bin locations. Receives product both accurately and in a timely manner. Essential Functions: Accurately receives ASNS/stock batches into specific bin locations using an RF ScannerEnsures product is accurately entered into the inventory systemCommunicates issues, opportunities and obstacles as they ariseMaintains clean aisle ways clearing their workspace of debrisKnowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:Able to perform tasks accurately Must be detail-orientedAble to stay organized, on task, and work independentlyAble to use scanners and navigate assigned functionsCheck merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, verify counts and load into bins and shelvesMust be able to utilize pallet jacks as needed; complete appropriate pre-trip/post-trip inspection and maintenance paperworkMeet and maintain accuracy of production goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a teamComply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsPerform all other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assignedRequirementsCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:High school diploma or GED equivalent preferredSuccessfully complete a pre-employment drug testWear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policyAcknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver's HandbooksPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedFrequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoopAlso required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hearSpecific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusMay be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration.
