PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgical Pathologist to join a hospital-based practice in Statesboro, Georgia. Cytopathology training is a plus but not required. Candidates based in the Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, and Augusta areas are encouraged to apply.This is a full-time, on-site position in Statesboro, GA (Monday-Friday). (Cytology is optional based on training and preference)Perform frozen sections and intraoperative consultations (infrequent)Participate in ROSE procedures (no requirement to sign out cytology)Clinical pathology oversight as neededParticipate in tumor boards once per month, and interdisciplinary discussionsLead or support laboratory quality and operational initiativesMedical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionAP/CP Board Certification or Board EligibilityEligible for Georgia medical licenseStrong diagnostic skills and commitment to qualityComfortable practicing independently with regional support available
