This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, as you will be tasked with disassembling & reassembling: Doors, trims, & body components to ensure a factory-quality paint job. Required Qualifications:Surface Preparation: Sand, mask, and prime vehicle panels & loose parts (bumpers, fenders, doors) according to industry standards.DisassemblyReassembly: Skillfully remove door handles, mirrors, moldings, weatherstripping, & interior panels to allow for "jambing" & seamless paint coverage.Cleaning: Thoroughly de-grease and wax-remove all surfaces to prevent paint defects like "fish-eyes" or peeling.Quality Control: Inspect surfaces for imperfections, pinholes, or uneven bodywork before the vehicle moves to the paint anization: Maintain a clean workspace.
