Prior management experience in Long-Term Care is required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits provided. DUTIES: Direct and oversee policies and goals of the Social Services Department Manage assessments, care planning, and resident adjustment services Coordinate resident discharges to the community and post-acute settings Participate in community outreach as needed Demonstrate strong knowledge of social work practices in LTC Exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving Plan and achieve departmental objectives using extensive experience REQUIREMENTS: Management experience in a Long-Term Care setting LSW or MSW required Knowledge of State and Federal regulations Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills ABOUT US: Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 372-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the borough of Staten Island.
