JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of all supplies (perishable and non-perishable) are maintained consistently (front and back) of beverage operations. Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and effectiveness of beverage storerooms and Easy Bar liquor system. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintains a constant level of liquor, sodas, dry goods, glassware and other beverage service accessories at all bars and storerooms. In conjunction with Bar Attendants, ensures storerooms and Easy Bar/Soda/Juice systems are properly cleaned, and that adequate amounts of liquor, juice, and soda are maintained on the systems at all times. Places orders with Warehouse, receives products and stocks all bars according to pre-set par levels, adjusting and maintaining these correct levels for all seasons and holidays. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year Bar Attendant experience QUALIFICATIONS: Fluent and literate in English Must be 21 years of age. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Mobility to constantly move about the property Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs Ability to move and carry large, heavy objects weighing up to 90 pounds (keg weight). Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
