Reporting into the CFO, you'll own core accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and systems"”helping build a scalable finance infrastructure in a high-growth environment.What you'll do:Own day-to-day accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, inventory accounting, and payrollLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (GAAP-compliant)Manage audits, internal controls, and tax compliance across jurisdictionsOwn cash flow management, forecasting, and treasury operationsImprove and scale financial systems, ERP tools, and reporting processesBuild and develop the accounting function as the company growsWhat we're looking for:10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience3-5+ years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role in a high-growth environmentCPA designation with strong GAAP and reporting expertiseHands-on experience across accounting operations, treasury, and complianceStrong ERP systems experience and comfort with scaling processesStartup mindset with strong ownership and attention to detailNice to have:Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or inventory-heavy businessesExposure to ERP implementation or upgradesExperience working with investors, lenders, or board reporting
