Key Responsibilities Investigate injuries and identify trends to improve safety protocols Support clinics following serious events and implement preventative measures Collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, and claims teams to ensure safety for patients and team members Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Healthcare experience preferred, but not mandatory Background in incident investigation, workers' compensation, or OSHA/safety programs Experience in operational risk management is advantageous Willingness to learn and adapt to new safety practices Ability to build positive working relationships across teams
