Coordinator of Volunteers

Role Overview: We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to help us organize and engage our growing team of volunteers at PASS USA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, is highly organized, and is passionate about helping volunteers thrive in their roles. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for PASS volunteers. Assist with recruiting, matching volunteers to roles, onboarding, and management of volunteers at PASS. Maintain communication and provide updates to volunteers. Help track volunteer hours, activities, and contributions. Support the Executive Director in ensuring volunteers feel valued and supported. All active volunteers get a stipend of $100. The Coordinator of Volunteers gets a $200 stipend each month.
