A company is looking for a Pre-Production Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day admin and coordination support to the Pre-Production team Manage calendars, calls, production meetings, and internal check-ins Compile and distribute meeting notes, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked Required Qualifications 4+ years in an admin/coordinator role (production or studio experience is a plus) Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Slack Able to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Must be able to work Pacific Time (PT/PST) Comfortable using tools to enhance efficiency (AI tools a plus)
