Location: St. Louis, MO preferred (open to fully remote with monthly travel)A nationally recognized, multi-market franchise organization in the home services space is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing & Demand Generation to lead and evolve its customer acquisition strategy across 12 major U.S. metro markets.This is a high-impact opportunity for a modern performance marketer who can build and optimize full-funnel, omnichannel demand generation programs that drive both lead volume and lead quality in a service-driven business.You Will:Lead performance marketing and demand generation strategy across multiple marketsOwn omnichannel acquisition efforts including paid search, paid social, SEO/local digital, retargeting, email, SMS, and landing page optimizationManage lead aggregators and third-party lead sources to improve efficiency, cost, and lead qualityBuild and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS for acquisition, nurture, and conversionAnalyze campaign performance across channels and markets to drive continuous optimizationPartner with leadership to evolve a modern, data-driven acquisition strategyYou Have:5+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation within a service-based businessStrong experience across paid media, digital acquisition, and conversion optimizationHands-on expertise in email, SMS, social, and multi-channel campaign executionExperience working with lead aggregators / third-party lead sourcesStrong analytical mindset (CPL, ROI, conversion rate, lead quality)Home services or multi-location/franchise experience strongly preferredWhy this role:Opportunity to modernize and scale demand generation for a well-established national brandHigh visibility across multiple metro marketsLeadership team open to new ideas, testing, and performance-driven innovationStrong foundation already in place with room to significantly elevate strategy
