This role is onsite 5 days per week. This position can be for either 1st shift or 2nd shift. You will be responsible for working hand in hand with the design teams and production teams to ensure the correct build of aircraft structures during the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems.• Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.• Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.• Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.Compensation:$52/hr to $57/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
