Position OverviewOur St. Joseph client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support their service and construction operations. This role serves as the key point of contact between customers, factories, and contractors, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerServe as the primary point of contact between customers, factories, and contractorsCoordinate and manage service requests from initial intake through completion of home buildConduct introductory conversations with customers to gather necessary home site details and outline process of home installation and completion details Follow up with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and resolutionsAssist in assembling general contractor packets, supporting coordination efforts separate from the bid processManage and track warranty-related service requests and documentationManage invoicing and bill back process Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal communicationSupport administrative tasks including creating documents, policies, and materials using Microsoft OfficeEnsure all tasks and service requests are tracked and completed in a timely mannerQualificationsStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple partiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and ask questionsAbility to remain professional and composed in challenging situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), including document creation and formattingStrong attention to detail and follow-throughQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processesPreferred QualificationsBackground in construction, service coordination, or a related industry is a plus (not required)Experience working with contractors, service teams, or warranty processesExperience with CRM platforms a plusAdditional RequirementsMay be required to handle sensitive information, including contractor bid details (NDA and/or non-compete may apply)
