Join a team that's reshaping Catholic education in Milwaukee and expanding opportunity for thousands of children.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Director of Annual Giving leads Seton's fundraising strategy to grow annual philanthropic support. This role develops campaigns, builds donor relationships, manages data systems, and drives donor acquisition and retention. A major responsibility includes leading Seton's engagement in the new Federal Tax Credit for Scholarships program in partnership with a Scholarship Granting Organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a comprehensive annual giving planManage direct mail, digital campaigns, and signature Seton eventsBuild and steward relationships with donors; manage a personal portfolioLead staff and volunteers involved in annual giving effortsCreate and manage donor databases, segmentation, analytics, and reportingOversee the annual giving budget and collaborate with marketing and other departmentsQUALIFICATIONSSuccessful experience in fundraising, preferably in annual givingStrong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsExperience with donor management systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce)Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree and relevant experience preferredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceArchdiocese of Milwaukee pension program403(b) and FSA plansSignificant opportunities for professional growthLauber Community Partners has been exclusively engaged to conduct this search.
