Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of equipment, including: Tractors & Skid Loaders Farm Implements Lawn & Garden Equipment Technical Skillset: We are looking for a technician who excels in: Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Quickly and accurately identifying issues. Major Overhauls: Proficient in engine and transmission rebuilds. System Repairs: Experience with clutches, electrical systems, and hydraulics. Full Service: Competence in routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year as a mechanic/technician. Licensing: Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods, and frequently bend and stoop. Operations: Capability to operate heavy machinery for diagnostics and testing. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the Agriculture or Diesel repair industry. Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools. CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a significant advantage.
