Job Description Job Description Duties and ResponsibilitiesCombine sale skills with technical expertise to understand customer needs, providedemonstrations, offer installation and repair services, and troubleshoot issues on-site.Educate customers on product features, help them identify solutions to their problems, and recommend appropriate products of services.Assist customers in finding and purchasing correct parts.Processing orders and payments.Provide information on parts, including function and compatibility.Generate quotes, work orders and invoices.Maintain a clean workspace and assist with inventory checks.Utilize computer systems for data entry and processing.Determine needed replacement parts and advise on substitutions if necessary.Assist with shipments and coordinate part pickups or deliveries.
