Maintenance Technician

Summary: Responsible for repair and maintenance of all physical facilities (both interior and exterior) throughout the hotel property. Responsible for basic Engineering and hotel maintenance including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall repairs, lock repairs, and life safety! Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to work varied shifts!!!! Morning/Evening!! 8:00AM-4:30PM And 2:30PM-11:00PM Analyze basic HVAC problems and make basic repairs. Be able to use drain cleaning equipment. Repair and replace plumbing piping and perform basic plumbing repairs. Perform guest room preventive maintenance. Ability to handle guest room calls and problems. Ability to communicate effectively with our guests and exemplify GUEST Service Standards! Successfully completes all mandated compliance training and reviews all departmental safety information; MSD sheets and knows locations of all emergency response equipment.
