Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee staff and restaurant operations with a focus on entrepreneurial success. Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team of shift leaders and crew members. Foster a positive work culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction and engagement. Deliver impeccable customer service at every opportunity. Adhere to Pizza Hut service standards: deliver food promptly, prepare meals with pride, and serve with a smile. Manage store inventory, forecasting, and staff scheduling efficiently. Ensure team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to excel. Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to boost sales and engage with the community. Develop a team dedicated to achieving high customer satisfaction results. Ensure the restaurant consistently meets or surpasses brand standards and operational processes. Work alongside the District Manager to uphold facility standards and address any necessary repairs. Effectively manage the restaurant's profit and loss to optimize performance. Continuously assess and enhance operational and financial outcomes. Communicate company initiatives clearly to the team for successful implementation. Take ownership of team member career development and performance management. Utilize Pizza Hut training programs and resources effectively. Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Provide a safe and secure work environment for all team members. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant while adhering to health and safety regulations. Exhibit knowledge of the trade area and foster strong vendor relationships. Serve as a brand ambassador for Pizza Hut. Maintain the restaurant operations calendar diligently. Follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Tasty Hut, LLC handbook. Effectively communicate and execute company initiatives to achieve top-tier performance. Maintain a professional appearance and ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC. Embrace Tasty Hut, LLC's core values in all daily activities and work towards fulfilling our mission and vision. Perform other duties as assigned. Training/Requirements: Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences is essential. Serv Safe certification is a must. Complete the Lead On! Shift Leader and other required training programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Completion of Lead On! General Manager training and possessing basic computer skills. Reliable transportation is required for the role. Strong communication and feedback abilities are essential. A valid driver's license and car insurance are required. Availability during peak hours is necessary. A criminal background check will be conducted for all candidates. A motor vehicle record check will also be performed.
