If you are looking for an opportunity to make your mark and have a lasting impact, then this is the position for you.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application. Pay Starting at $17.25/Hour Responsibilities: Overseeing the Rides Department training programServing as the primary trainer for Certified Safe classesDeveloping a continuing education program for all levels of rides leadership and team membersAssisting in Leadership TrainingsWriting and updating the divisional schedulesAssisting in hiring and recruitment when necessaryEnsuring that proper staffing levels are maintainedAuditing the skills and performance of Team Members, Leads, and Division SupervisorsCreating a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with both leadership and Ride Operators and AttendantsMaintaining high levels of Guest satisfaction through the Six Flags MantraEnforcing Six Flags New England PoliciesAssisting in other areas of the Rides DepartmentPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Qualifications: Prior Ride Operation ExperienceExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership, motivational, and organizational xijylhu skillsDetail orientation and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageWilling to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.18 years old or older
