We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead significant projects within our HR Technology ecosystem. Your focus will include evaluating new solutions, managing custom builds, and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance the employee experience. This role is situated within our People Success domain and reports directly to the Head of HR Technology. In this dynamic role, you will have a high-impact opportunity to navigate across various domains, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design and deliver modern, user-friendly tools that improve employee experience and scalability. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a portfolio of strategic HR tech initiatives involving internal tools, third-party solutions, AI capabilities, and integrations with platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace. Evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies: whether by developing in-house or selecting and integrating external tools. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from vision and prioritization to launch, adoption, and iterative improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create solutions that achieve business objectives while delivering exceptional user experiences. Influencing vendors and internal stakeholders to establish shared priorities, shape roadmaps, and expedite delivery. Utilizing emerging AI capabilities to innovate and streamline workflows within the HR ecosystem. Facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project timelines, and tracking progress against clear outcomes. Defining metrics to assess success and foster continuous improvement across the HR Tech stack. We look for the following in you: 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with a proven, measurable impact. Strong track record in making buy vs. build decisions and successfully executing both strategies. Experience in multiple HR domains and integrating tools into productivity platforms like Slack or Google Workspace. Demonstrated ability to drive AI-forward initiatives from inception to execution. Confidence in influencing senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams toward high-impact solutions. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with technologies like AI/ML, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance workplace experiences.
