The RecruiterPay Rate: $36/hour (W2 Only) Location: Remote - Work from Anywhere (Central Hours) Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for our assigned client portfolios. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top talent through the recruitment process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates. Develop diverse candidate slates through creative sourcing strategies tailored to business needs. Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit relative to job requirements. Partner with hiring managers to provide insights, feedback, and recommendations on candidate selection. Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating company values, role expectations, and next steps. Administer technical assessments, phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the process. Manage the offer process, including negotiations, approvals, and extending employment offers. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including posting vacancies, resume reviews, candidate submissions, and feedback tracking. Collaborate with team members and HR leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in high-volume full life-cycle recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment. Demonstrated ability to evaluate talent and make sound hiring recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting across diverse industries or technical functions. Familiarity with pre-employment assessments and technical evaluation tools. Strong organizational and process management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Work Environment Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere. Core hours aligned to Central Time Zone.
