Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience. • Experience with Cerner is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience: Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required. Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization. Required Medication Experience: Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring. Required Professional Skills/Experience: Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation. Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation. Shift & Scheduling: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract. On-call required as needed. Discuss schedule requests with manager.
