Landscaping Supervisor Hurricane Harbor Splashtown

Overview:The Landscaping Supervisor will be res ponsible for maintaining the park's quality landscapes and ensure a clean, friendly and safe environment for our guests and Team Members. The Landscaping Supervisor will have entire oversight of the Lan dscaping department maintaining all flowerb eds, landscape maintenance, planting, watering, pest management, mowing and more; assisting where needed. The Landscaping Supervisor will coach and guide the Landscaping team. Pay Rate: $17.50/HrResponsibilities:Overseeing all aspects of Landscaping to include staffing, training, and daily operationsEnsure hiring and onboarding has been completed through the Operations Administrative teamEnsures all daily paperwork, employee trainings, and all other documents are completed and filedCreates and post department schedules through Operations Administrative teamCreates and maintains a positive, high performance team culture generating increased retention, motivation, and team moraleCreates achievable goals for department sectionsPrepares, directs, and manages the teams' daily assignmentsMaintains an inventory of landscaping tools , supplies, and ensures all equipment is in safe working orderPerforms routine inspections of entire park to maintain a quality level that meets the guest and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown standardsMaintain a clean and safe environmentMaintain Six Flags' Guest First StandardsConducting audits to measure department successCommunicating team or park related concerns to the Operations SupervisorEnforcing all Six Flags policiesPerforms all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the Park Services Department and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standardsAbility to work independently with little supervisionA clear demonstration of excellent Guest Service skills and an evident commitment to our Guest First philosophyAdhere to Park Attendance Policy as stated in the Six Flags Seasonal HandbookThe availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidaysThe ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat and sunMeet the physical demands of the job, including bending, pulling and lifting up to 60 lbs. alone or 100 lbs. with assistance , with or without reasonable accommodation Reports To: Operations SupervisorWhile this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
