This role is flexible, independent, and performance-based, offering competitive flat-fee compensation per service delivered.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with job readiness, résumé building, interview skills, and career exploration.Connect clients with employment opportunities and support job placement and retention.Maintain accurate records of services delivered and provide regular progress updates.Promote independence, self-advocacy, and long-term success for clients.Represent Career Focus in a professional manner with clients, employers, and community partners.Performance ExpectationsConsistently meet service and placement benchmarks.Complete a probationary period with performance reviews.Submit accurate and timely documentation of services.RequirementsExperience in employment services, workforce development, career counseling, or a related field preferred.Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.Professional appearance and conduct.Must carry general liability and auto insurance.CompensationIndependent contractor role with commission-based pay.
