A role with unique responsibilities Reporting to the Group People & Culture Manager, you will join a collaborative and supportive P&C team dedicated to designing and implementing people-focused strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with the QLD Senior Leadership Team to support the whole QLD employee group. This is a fixed Term position that will end at the end of 2026. You will spend your days supporting the People initiatives of the group, reporting on metrics to help guide decision making and workforce planning, acting as a trusted advisor providing support and people advice, as well as influencing engagement, positive culture and facilitate best practise P&C Principles. It is a requirement of this position to regularly be onsite in clinics located in Brisbane and also the Gold Coast. Most importantly, you will be given the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by an experienced and diverse group of P&C professionals and the ability to develop and grow professionally. In this role you will be accountable for: * Supporting the QLD Leadership team on all People-related matters * Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders * Providing business-focused, operational People & Culture advice and services * Interpreting and advising on policies and employment legislation * Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of company policies, processes and improvement initiatives * Delivering value-added service to management and employees * Embracing and supporting the Group P&C strategy * People Metrics and reporting within the QLD Business unit * Participating and supporting P&C initiatives and programs Are you the ideal candidate for us? Ideally you will have experience in a generalist P&C position and feel confident providing sound advice to leaders and employees on all people related matters. This role will keep you busy and varies from day to day therefore the ability to manage time is critical.
