JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Pediatric Endocrinology • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Spokane, WA • Service Setting: Outpatient/npatient • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon-Sun • On-Call Shift Schedule: TBD- Shared call with 3 providers/APPs • Call Type: Beeper • Call Response Time: 20 minutes PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Pediatrics • Patient Volume/Census: 7-8 patients per day- Add-ons: 1 • Rounding: Minimal (weekend rounding required) • Phone Consults: Yes FACILITY INFORMATION • Physician in Practice: 3 • Support Staff Available: RNs, MAs, Diabetic Educators, APPs • No of Beds: 145 Pediatric beds; 18 ICU beds • No of Exam Rooms: 6 • Trauma Level: Level II • PEDS Level: II • EMR System: Epic • Lab & X-Ray Onsite PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes JOB REQUIREMENTS • WA license required • BC in Pediatric Endocrinology • DEA • Must have pediatric endocrinology experience • xijylhu Fellowship (preferred) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary • Sign-On Bonus • Relocation Assistance • CME Allowance: $5,000 annually • PTO: Up to 264 hours annually • Retirement: 401k with employer match • Malpractice with tail coverage • Additional Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, license and membership reimbursement
