Warehouse Worker - 2nd Shift

Warehouse Worker Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Workers for a food production company in Spencer, IA. In this role, youll support essential warehouse operations, including preparing products for shipment, staging materials, and loading/unloading trucks. What Youll Do as a Warehouse Worker: Load and unload trucks following all safety guidelines Prepare, stage, and organize product for shipping, inventory, or production Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Read and follow schedules, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and damaged pallet materials Work in temperature controlled areas ranging from 50F to -20F, depending on assignment What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Worker Role: Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to understand and follow verbal work instructions Comfortable working in cooler or freezer environments (intermittent exposure) Willingness to work around raw meat products (may include blood/fat) Previous warehouse experience helpful, but entry-level candidates are welcome no experience required Reliable transportation to Spencer, IA Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
