Production Supervisor - Night Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support operations at a manufacturing facility located in the Spartanburg, SC area. The Production Supervisor will lead and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict standards for quality, cost control, and operational excellence. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Direct daily production activities by communicating clear instructions, setting priorities, and ensuring appropriate resources and support are in placeMonitor performance against established quality, cost, productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction goals; initiate corrective actions as neededIdentify, analyze, and resolve complex operational issues to maintain consistent workflow and outputPerform routine audits of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventoryConduct regular visual inspections of equipment and work areas; ensure proper maintenance and adherence to preventative maintenance schedulesEnforce safety policies, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with Human Resources to support workforce planning, employee development, engagement, and retentionProvide coaching, feedback, and performance management to production team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience overseeing automated or high-volume production processes strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive operational resultsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
