DescriptionJob Functions: Providing support and coordination of activities for the sales department by directly supporting the Director of NA Sales. The Service Coordinator will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and sales and service support-related tasks and should be able to work independently. The Service Coordinator is a highly resourceful team-player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The Service Coordinator must exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. Accountabilities: Services Customer Support Technician Scheduling Order Management Reporting/administration Quote Generation Pipeline Support Outbound Calls Job Duties: Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director of Service including: Processing and distributing service reports Inputs customer information into D365 database Serialized asset tracking, uploading, and maintenance in D365 Qualifies service leads (ASP-Grainger and standard) Validates & maintains pipeline in D365 Logs all site visit work orders in D365 Processes all service-related opportunities-quotes Schedules all field service visits Builds invoices for service orders Conducts outbound Sales Calls Initiates calls to proactively follow up on quoted Services opportunities Maintains accounts, contacts and maintenance contracts in D365 Prepares/maintains maintenance contracts and supplemental documentation All other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each jobs duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 years' experience in and Administrative role; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Proven experience in sales or experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus. Computer Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; must have intermediate - advanced skills in Excel; experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, rep agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of contact in written or verbal form. Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
